We sell items you no longer need! The hard part is deciding. Then we do the rest! For small items, we will remove them from your home and sell them on various websites. For larger furniture, we will post on websites and sell from your home or storage unit. Once we know your timelime, we work with you to get it done by the time needed.

What We Do
Organization We will take photos of all items to be sold. If during that process, we encounter items that appear to be of especially sentimental value or especially valuable items you have not told us about, we will consult with you before selling.

AdvertisingItems will be sold on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, poshmark, and other available websites.

Conduct of SaleThe time it takes to sell items varies and it may take up to two months. Most Items sell for 10 to 25% of the retail value. We always start with an amount we feel is the best price we can get for the item. We list items for up to a month and if it hasn’t sold by then, we gradually lower the price. If it doesn’t sell, we will donate it for you. If you have a specific time frame, please let me know.

Cost of Services
CommissionOur commission is 60% of the net sales payable on all items sold. Items take approximately 60 days to get all final payments. We will disburse your portion from the collected money

AssistanceIf you desire to hire us to help you choose items to sell, package & donate additional items, we charge $25 per hour, per person for this service

Removal of ItemsIf you want the house to be left completely emptied, our fee is the first $1,000 of proceeds from the sale of items. After we receive the first $1,000, then our commission of 60% is charged for selling items. This fee includes boxes, paper, bubble wrap, boxing up items for donations and taking items to be donated.

Additional Information
Payment MethodsWe accept cash, Venmo and PayPal from our buyers. Once all items have been sold, we will issue you a check for your portion.

Property and Casualty InsuranceWhen the sale is taking place on your premises, we require that you have in place ordinary property and casualty insurance, as we cannot be responsible for any injuries or other harm occurring in connection with the sale.
